Why are you a personal injury attorney?
“When someone is hurt, it can be devastating not only for them but their entire family. I have seen people lose their homes because they were not able to return to work. Too often I see these insurance companies try to get away without paying a dime. They know the average individual is powerless to fight them. But I have the training and knowledge to change that. I want to fight for the people, not the insurance companies.”

Whom do you serve?
“I serve the injured, the wronged, and those who would be cast aside were I not fighting for them.”

What advice do you give most often?
“I understand that while no amount of money can compensate you for your loss, winning you monetary compensation shows that responsibility has been assigned and justice has been served. To stand a chance against big insurance companies you need an attorney who is going to put the time into preparing a solid case.

Why should someone select Wolfgram Law?
“To truly be an effective personal injury attorney, you have to take it personally. For us, this is more than a job – our clients are much more than just another file. We treat every client like a friend who has been unjustly wronged.”

Tell us about a recent case.
“We recently represented a teenager named Lindsey, and her mother. Lindsey was seriously injured when her car was hit by a trucker. For nearly two years, the insurance company for the trucker who hit her tried to deny responsibility. We fought them every step of the way and they finally agreed to pay the money necessary to provide the lifelong care that Lindsey needed.”
