Why are you a personal injury attorney?
“I love what I do. We help people when they are down – injured, out of work, scared, and often without a legal voice in what is happening to them. The original injury can’t be undone, but for someone to be victimized again by the defendant, the employer, or worse – an insurance company – isn’t going to happen under my watch. We step in and serve as a voice for our clients when they need one most. It’s also a great feeling to be able to hand them a check. While it’s not going to undo the injury, you know that’s going to bring them some comfort for awhile.”

Whom do you serve?
“We serve the injured in their time of need. We advocate for our clients when they are in a crisis and looking for help. We provide a compassionate, informed voice to turn to.”

What advice do you give most often?
“Get treatment. It’s the most important thing you can do to improve your quality of life after an accident. It’s also essential to your case. If there is something preventing you from getting the medical help you need, let us know so we can help overcome such hurdles.”

Why should someone select Wolfgram Law?
“Take care of your health, and we’ll take care of the rest.  We are compassionate and effective advocates for our clients. We are thorough in preparing our cases and tough on the other side, so we consistently obtain just settlements.”

“Linda, a security guard, was injured while breaking up a fight. We fought for her so that she could get the hernia surgery that she needed. She got the surgery and was sent home from the hospital the same day. I called her the morning after. It became clear that as a mother of seven, it was nearly impossible for Linda to get the rest that she needed. So we arranged for a home health care nurse to help her. Those few days of rest made all the difference in Linda’s recovery, and we eventually settled the case in her favor.”
